Solutions that enhance true care

Care for Process

We provide a better understanding and optimisation of your organisation’s analogue and digital processes through assessment, roadmapping and digital solutions for efficient workflows.

5 challenges every health care provider is facing.

1. Time management

Clients ask and deserve your attention. Smart time management and logical processes can help to change the way you work, so that client-facing employees won’t spend too much time on admin work. Everyone can be happier.

2. Employee turnover

It’s not big evolution, it’s details that make the difference. Clear overviews of your actual processes leads you to understanding, what needs to be optimised in your analogue processes and digitalising can gain extra efficiencies. Get yourself smooth and logical workflows for more efficient work and less employee turnover.

3. Digitalisation

Handwritten data, complex forms, data entry mistakes – a bottleneck that being more efficient and digital helps to deal with.

4. Connectivity

Working with multiple platforms that do not exchange data and information? We have seen this multiple times. A solution of single data entry that connects to all existing systems and platforms, does not only save valuable time, it reduces human error as well.

5. Change management

Care can’t be down for maintenance. We accompany and help you and your teams throughout the entire process of analogue and digital optimisation.

Our 4 step for more efficiency

Discovery

Onsite research to get to know your core processes piece by piece. It’s can be this little 1% of habits that turn to be the key bottlenecks.

Roadmap

A detailed roadmap gives you full insight into what can be optimised both analogously and digitally.

Development

Adjusted analog and digital systems for your workflows. We do system integration or single purpose software solutions where needed.

Delivery

We support the introduction period and help your employees to adapt to the new processes and systems.

We have done it before and we’ll do it again

Client

International Criminal Court (Hauge, NL)

Multiple software systems used by International Criminal Court (ICC) people on daily basis got updated bringing whole another level of User Experience (UX) and change in work hours effectiveness to them. It was an achiever with renewed system design, design components library, and programmatic re-use code samples to ensure an easy transition between systems and solid bases for future developments.

Client

North Estonia Medical Centre (Tallinn, EE)

North Estonia Medical Centre Intensive Care Unit (ICU) needs to work with patients, not with IT systems. We handled smart system integration between ICU software by GE and existing IT platforms. This provided much-needed improvement in efficiency and information exchange. As a result, North Estonia Medical Centre ICU managed to lower the workload for medical staff on data entry as well as data transfer between systems and other hospital units.
