As a Sales and Project Manager, you will:

Strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful delivery, meeting both goals and expectations.

Drive sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, organizing client meetings, and negotiating deals.

Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

Prepare and present project reports, sharing results with clients and company leadership.

Solve challenges proactively while motivating your team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in project management and sales within IT or technology sectors.
- Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering productivity and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English (both written and verbal).
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
