About the Job:

You will work on one or two projects at a time where the aim is to make the lives of Estonians or the people who live here easier. Your main responsibilities will include transforming business needs into requirements and designing smart solutions that will shape our clients’ success, often from scratch.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Understanding of databases and data structures of IT systems (have used MS SQL OR PostgreSQL, drawing UML diagrams).
• Proficiency in Estonian and English, both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Desired:

• Experience and/or knowledge of agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira or Confluence).
• Communication with stakeholders of different levels.
• Result and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect.

Location:

This role will be based in our Tallinn, Estonia office (A.H. Tammsaare tee 92) or in your home office (a couple of days a week).
