We are looking for an entrepreneurial TEAM LEAD (Digital Commerce) to join our team!

As a TEAM LEAD, you will be joining a team of professionals passionate about creating the smartest software solutions for our clients and products that support change. You help our clients grow their business and lead our Digital Commerce projects and team.

How will you contribute?**

• Manage projects with excellence
       – Project scope, timeline, resources, finances

• Build meaningful customer relationships
        – Grow the value of existing customer accounts (cross-sell and up-sell)
       – Engage in sales opportunities for new projects
       – Lead proposal drafting and submission for bids
• Manage your team
        – Lead personal performance of team members (e.g. performance reviews, career planning)
       – Build a balanced team of motivated experts
       – Cooperate with other teams to achieve bigger impact

Experience and skills you need**

• experience in project management and key account management
• experience in leading a team at least for two years, preferably in IT-sector
• experience with agile development methodologies
• experience in business development and/or building customer relationships
• proficiency in Estonian and English, orally and in writing
• University degree
• have a growth mindset and focus on results
