Short summary of the project
Our team first began to work with Kookon when the project was just an idea on paper but now there are already 4 different locations with more than a hundred storage units available. Right from the beginning we have been responsible for developing and maintaining all their web applications.
About the Customer
The most innovative smart storage solution in Northern Europe. Kookon is a contemporary complex of small spaces. Their spaces can be used both for storing things and for small-business operations and hobbies. Kookon allows storage and maintenance of hobby and gardening equipment, furniture, and devices seasonally; storage of goods to be sold in e-shops; and many more uses.
Smart Storage Rental Application
Kookon is the first company in Estonia to offer smart storage units with remote access through a mobile device. We designed and developed a web platform for the fully automated storage rental system. The developed web application allows clients to customize their storage unit with different add-ons and sign a digital leasing contract using the Estonian ID-card or mobile-ID.
Results of the project
The Kookon smart storage platform achieved a tenant occupancy rate of over 95%, demonstrating strong demand and effective user engagement with its fully automated rental system.
