About the Role:

As part of our team, you’ll be involved in crafting innovative solutions for both public and private sector clients. Our expertise extends to developing solutions for public and internal use. In your work, you will have the opportunity to use modern technology frameworks, libraries, and concepts: .NET/.NET Core, React, CI/CD, Azure, etc., and contribute to solution development, architecture, and content shaping. You will be involved in everything from functionality development to making architectural decisions.

Our team comprises various specialists: Project Managers, Quality Assurance professionals, Analysts, Architects, and Developers at all levels. We work collaboratively and support each team member in defining the best solutions for our clients. Our slogan is: “Pushing boundaries until you succeed.”

Required:

• At least 3 years of experience working with .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience in designing relational databases (MSSQL, Postgres).
• Comfortable working in an Agile software development team.
• Familiarity with common software development patterns.
• Clean code driven; test-focused mentality.
• Fluent in both English and Estonian.

Desired:

• Experience in developing with React, Angular, Vue.js, or other major JavaScript technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines.
• Readiness to participate in the preparation of tenders.
• Willingness to communicate directly with clients.
• No hesitation in documenting your work.
• Commitment to continuous self-improvement.
