As a Team Lead, you will:

• Lead a team of software developers and analysts, ensuring projects success and team growth.
• Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Foster client relationships and contribute to the acquisition of new projects.
• Promote collaboration and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to excel.
• Drive innovation by implementing best practices in agile project management and software development.

Required:

• Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams (minimum 2 years).
• Extensive experience in project, product, or account management.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a successful track record of delivering results.
• Higher education degree with a passion for continuous learning.
• Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desired:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Active involvement in sales processes.
